A P Land Services, Inc., was founded in 1996 under the leadership of Bob Ashwander, President.
Bob Ashwander has extensive experience as a petroleum landman and has been active in the business for over 35 years. Bob’s wealth of knowledge in all aspects of land work regarding the oil industry is the heart of A P Land Services, Inc.
A P Land Services, Inc. currently contracts numerous independent field landmen, as well as lease analysts, land techs, and support staff in order to provide our clients with the best professional service. There is no project too big or too small; we can satisfy any and all of our clients’ needs, providing 1 to 100 field landmen in addition to all the necessary support personnel.
Kris Echols
Operations Manager of A P Land Services, Inc.
Kris Echols is the Operations Manager for A P Land Services, Inc., with 15 years of proven industry experience. She handles day-to-day operations in-house, and serves as Project Manager for in field operations.
She joined A P Land Services, Inc., in December of 2007, previously co-owner of an agricultural consulting company. Kris holds a Masters of Law in Agricultural Law from the
University of Arkansas and a Juris Doctorate from Capital University in Ohio.
